Join us for our first Northern California event at The Hivery in Mill Valley on October 1st!
School has just started and you’re already overwhelmed trying to figure out how to balance your academic demands, extracurricular activities, family and work commitments. Join us for a half-day retreat at The Hivery to get centered, hang out with friends old and new in a relaxed environment, and build your plan for the year ahead.
As a group, you will practice and learn new techniques for reducing stress, prioritizing, and finding balance so that you still have fun during the high school year. Bring your friends! All teen girls grades 9-12 are welcome to participate.
Topics we’re covering:
- Social pressures and social media
- Values that matter to you
- Body image and comparison
- Stress relief techniques
Enjoy snacks throughout the day and a delicious lunch. All girls will also receive a goody bag full of surprises!
Our lead facilitator, Stephanie Armstrong, is available to answer questions you may have via email at email@example.com. Or, if you would like the chance to talk with her about whether this event is a fit for your daughter, you can email her to schedule a 15-minute exploratory call.
As seats are limited, we kindly ask that you please register online in advance by September 25th. $85 for Hivery members. $105 for non-members.
Inclusivity is very important to us. No teens will be turned away for financial reasons. Scholarships are available to teens who submit this application by September 25th. All participants will receive a registration form and waiver after registering online.
